“March Is National Nutrition Month”

March is National Nutrition Month — a reminder that what we consume shapes our health, our energy, and our ability to show up strong in the world.
But long before nutrition guidelines, menus, macros, and wellness trends…
God already gave us a blueprint for nourishing the body AND soul.
Just like training isn't just about movement —
health isn't just about calories.
It's about stewardship.
It's about honoring the body God created.
It’s about choosing habits that align with His design, not convenience culture.
“So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31
When we fuel our bodies with whole, God-made foods, we honor the temple He gave us.
Not perfection — intentional nourishment.
Not restriction — wise stewardship.
Not chasing trends — building discipline and strength for His purpose.
And just like food matters physically, spiritual nutrition matters even more.
The world may say:
Follow trends. Look the part. Quick fix. Easy plan.
But God says:
Root yourself in truth. Build discipline. Strengthen the inside first.
“Taste and see that the Lord is good.” — Psalm 34:8
“Your words were found, and I ate them… they became the joy and delight of my heart.” — Jeremiah 15:16
Real food nourishes the body.
The Word nourishes the heart.
March may focus on nutrition — but believers fuel differently:
🥦 Feed your body what strengthens it
📖 Feed your spirit what sustains it
💧 Hydrate your mind with truth
⏱️ Be consistent — physically & spiritually
🙏 Honor God with every choice
This month, don’t just eat better — live with purpose.
Be intentional. Be disciplined. Be grateful for the vessel He gave you.
Strong body. Strong soul. Strong walk.
That’s Kingdom health.
